The concert is a 6-week series. Dates:

The Gardens close at 5 PM. The West Maude Cobb gate opens at 5 PM. Concert begins at 6 and ends at 8 PM. Musicians can enter and unload from the west gate – please coordinate the bands arrival time.
This is a fund raiser for the Arboretum. All gate receipts shall go directly into the Gardens.
All patrons: $10 per concert
Children 12 and under: $5, Children under 3 are free
Inclement weather concert moves to the Warehouse – 300 persons maximum. This means we can only pre-sell about 275 tickets in case of rain. First come first serve basis.
Weather plans are made by 3PM the day of the concert – NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES can be allowed. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, adult or other beverages, picnic dinners etc. We will ask for food trucks to be present in the Maude Cobb parking lot. The advertising will need to be word of mouth and social media. The LNJ does a great job promoting live music throughout the area every Thursday. We will also need to partner with Downtown Live so we can say Thursdays in the Park and Fridays are downtown.
Sponsorships: $10,000 for entire series or $2,500 per concert.
Needed: Hand Stamp, posters for distribution, Social Media promotion by Covenant. Food Truck contacts. Sponsorships, volunteers.
